For nearly two decades, Washington County Sheriff’s Office detectives assigned to the Child Abuse Unit have presented their “Protecting Your Children” class in the community and throughout the state. The class has been taught to school groups, neighborhood organizations, churches, foster parent training classes, the WCSO Community Academy, professional associations, etc.

An Aloha man is in custody after the body of a 28-year-old woman was found inside a vehicle. 35-year-old Jeremiah Johnston was arrested and lodged at the Washington County Jail on charges of homicide and abuse of a corpse. He is being held without bail.
