During enhanced Labor Day holiday patrols from August 17 to September 3, Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 47 impaired drivers. Of those 47 arrested, five involved drug-related impairment.

Deputies responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Time Out Gas Station in Banks. An employee reported that he was robbed and that the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

Detectives are investigating two incidents involving attempted assaults in Aloha. It is unknown whether these incidents are related.

During the two-night DUII mission over Labor Day Weekend, more than 30 law enforcement officers from agencies in the area worked together to arrest 22 impaired drivers. 

Deputies responded to an injury crash at NW West Union Rd and NW Neakahnie Ave in the Rock Creek neighborhood. They learned that the driver of a stolen car crossed the center line and crashed head on into another vehicle. The passenger were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

Deputies serving the City of Cornelius arrested three men after they stole a piece of construction equipment that had an anti-theft GPS tracker.

Deputies arrested a Beaverton woman after approaching a group of three people with a gun at Vista Brook Park.

Detectives need the public's help to locate Julio Aguilar-Garcia, 33, of Beaverton, the suspect in a stabbing that occurred in the community of West Slope on August 22.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspect of a sexual assault that occurred last month in the Garden Home community. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office.

A Hillsboro man was arrested near Beaverton after ramming a patrol vehicle with his vehicle, fleeing the scene and eventually being captured by a Beaverton Police Department K-9 team.
