Replacement of the Timber Road bridge over Gales Creek has begun. Timber Road will be reduced to one lane across the bridge June 26 through completion in June 2018.

Morgan Road will be temporarily closed 8 p.m. Friday, July 7, through 5 a.m., Monday, July 10, at Tonquin Road.

Walker Road, between 174th and Schendel avenues, will have lane closures 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. today through Friday, May 24-26.

Meek and Scotch Church roads are now open at Jackson School Road effective 3 p.m. Friday, May 12.

The 10th Avenue widening project, between Baseline and Holladay streets, is delayed up to three months because the construction company is unable to fulfill its contract.

Construction on the west side of 113th Avenue, between Anderson Street and Rainmont Boulevard, began today (April 24) for construction of a pedestrian pathway.

A 5-foot wide paved pathway will be constructed along the west side of 90th Avenue to connect to an existing school crossing on Locust

UPDATE: Meek Road remains closed at Jackson School Road due to weather-related delays. Dry days are needed to pave the connection between Meek Road and the new roundabout. Meek is expected to reopen May 1.

UPDATE: The Morgan Road closure has been delayed until May to allow the contractor to complete preliminary work. The eventual closure involve raising the grade of Morgan Road to meet the new Tonquin Road alignment, part of the 124th Avenue Project.

Traffic delays may occur between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, at the Murray Boulevard/Bowerman Drive intersection.
