All plat submittals must include:
- Fees and deposits
- 8 sets of signed paper copies
- Vesting and Surrounding deeds
- All deed and easement documents referenced on the plat
- Current title report and copies of exceptions
- Prepayment of property taxes and a cartography fee may be needed
- Plats must conform to tri-county

Subdivision review:
- A boundary survey must be filed before plat submittal
- Subdivision names approved by County Surveyor: Subdivision plat name reservation
- Plat name report
Condominium review:
- A boundary survey must be filed before plat submittal
- Condominium names approved by Assessment & Taxation
