On Thursday, September 19, 2013, patrol deputies and detectives from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office along with FBI and Tigard Police law enforcement, conducted a prostitution sting operation and arrested seven people.

Deputies responded to an injury crash on River Road near SW Farmington Road. When deputies arrived, the driver 48-year-old Lois Lepschat of Cornelius had sustained life threatening injuries. Alcohol was a factor in this crash.

Deputies responded to an injury crash on Tonquin Road. The driver 49-year-old Gail Feldman of Wilsonville crashed into a power pole and it is believed that she was driving under the influence.

Washington County Deputies captured a man who is believed to have attempted a burglary. The homeowner spooked him off and the suspect was captured after a manhunt.

A Sheriff’s Deputy attempted to stop a stolen vehicle and the driver refused to yield to him. The vehicle eventually ran into the ditch and the driver was arrested.

Westside Interagency Narcotics (WIN) Detectives were assisted by additional agencies as they served warrants on 15 residences in the metro area.

A man with a gun demanded treatment at St. Vincent Hospital. The man was taken into custody. No one was injured.

Local law enforcement agencies have received complaints concerning an unknown subject asking citizens for payment to avoid arrest.

Saturday morning, Sheriff's Deputies responded to several reports of stolen items take from vehicles in Rock Creek.
