Weekly police call summary for June 28-July 4, 2014

Washington County Deputies arrested a woman who burglarized a home while the owner was present.  The woman was captured after a search of the house.

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for a man after he robbed a Subway Restaurant.

Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a helicopter that crashed on takeoff. The pilot received minor injuries.

Washington County Sheriff’s Child Abuse Detectives are searching for additional sex abuse victims following the arrest of a Beaverton man. There are two victims identified. Detectives fear there may be additional victims due to the man’s extensive contact with children.

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies captured three men who are believed to have burglarized a house. The men fled to avoid arrest but deputies searched until all were eventually captured. One man had numerous violent crime warrants.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office would like everyone to have a safe and enjoyable 4th of July holiday.

Tomorrow at 12:01 a.m., the police services for the City of Cornelius will be officially provided by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office working in partnership with the city council and mayor.

Weekly police call summary for June 21-27, 2014

Tonight, detectives arrested Leo Renea Robles Jr., 35, from Aloha, for assaulting and robbing the clerk at the Dotty’s in Aloha on June 17, 2014. The US Marshals Office assisted the Washington County Violent Crime Detectives identify and track Mr. Robles Jr. to a business in NW Portland. Sheriff’s Detectives took him into custody without incident.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is releasing a sketch and suspect description from the explosive assault.

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of an injured woman. The 40-year-old Spokane woman received an injury to the back of her head while inside a porta-potty. She was struck what was described as a small explosion. She was treated at Tuality Hospital and released.
