The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is concerned with a surge in incidents where replica guns were used. These firearms are very realistic and place<br />the community in great danger.

Sheriff’s Deputies located a man who had been reported missing and was possibly in danger due to health issues.

Sheriff’s Marine Deputies working river patrol for the Rose Festival, rescued a man after he jumped from the Steel Bridge in an attempt to take his own life. The man suffered minor injuries from the fall and was taken to a local hospital.

Sheriff’s Deputies were in a collision with a sailboat on the Willamette River during Fleet Week patrols. The wooden sailboat received minor damage.
