On March 13, 2021, at 10:42 p.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of someone shooting a gun at the Farmington Townhome apartments at 18745 SW Farmington Rd. in the community of Aloha.

On March 12, 2021, just after 2:30 p.m., a boater found a woman’s body in Henry Hagg Lake near Boat Ramp C. Deputies identified the body as 38-year-old Tara Callahan, who had been missing since February 5 in the same area.
