Sheriff’s Child Abuse Detectives believe Deonte Huff is avoiding apprehension on additional felony charges involving minors. Deonte Huff bailed out of jail on the original Sex Abuse charges from May 8, 2013.

Washington County Deputies capture a man who is believed to have committed one burglary and attempted another burglary. He was captured after he fell from a tree during a manhunt.

Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a crash where a driver crashed into another vehicle sending the other driver to the hospital. The driver who caused the crash was arrested for DUII and other charges.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a shooting call on SW River Road south of Hillsboro. Two people were killed in an apparent murder suicide and a third person was shot and injured.

Two people lost their lives in a “T-bone” crash in rural Washington County. A man and a woman were killed when their car ran a stop sign and was struck by a vehicle traveling north on Highway 219, south of Hillsboro.

A traffic stop led to the seizure of three-and-a-half pounds of Methamphetamine (meth) along with a gun and cash. Two men were arrested on drug trafficking charges.

Washington County Deputies capture a man who is believed to have committed two bank robberies in Washington County. He was captured as he was preparing to commit a third robbery.

Sheriff’s Deputies respond to a crash where a 23-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle while she was walking in the roadway. The woman did not survive her injuries.
