The Washington County Homeless Services Division partners with a variety of housing and supportive service programs that help families and individuals achieve housing stability. Programs are designed with evidence-based, trauma informed and culturally responsive standards to advance equity while ending homelessness.
Community Connect
In Washington County, we have centralized access to resources through the Community Connect, our coordinated entry system. Community Connect is an assessment and referral system that matches people in need with available housing and shelter services. The system works both as a phone line and a data management system accessed by over 150 community workers to coordinate care for thousands of people each year. Please note resources are limited and assistance is not guaranteed.
If you are seeking eviction prevention or resources to stay housed, contact Community Connect to find assistance in navigating programs.
