One in four adults will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. Help is available. Services vary based on the unique needs of each person. Some people may benefit from therapy or medication, other people can benefit from having a case manager to provide support.
All services begin with a mental health assessment. A recommendation will be made for services. This recommendation may include therapy, medications, case management, or other supports. Services may be either short term or ongoing. Both mental health and substance use treatment needs will be assessed.
