Adult Services and Providers

Learn about providers that offer county-funded care for adults with a mental health concern.

One in four adults will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. Help is available. Services vary based on each person's unique needs. Some people may benefit from therapy and/or medication, while others can benefit from having a case manager provide support.

All services begin with a mental health assessment. A recommendation will be made for services. This recommendation may include therapy, medications, case management or other supports. Services may be either short-term or ongoing. Both mental health and substance use treatment needs will be assessed.

How to get care

Many providers are available if you are on the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Please contact your coordinated care organization. You can also visit our OHP page for links.

If you have insurance, you can contact member services for your plan to get a list of in-network providers. This number is usually found on the back of the insurance card or online.

If you do not have coverage and have a low income, you may qualify for free services from one of the providers below. Please call 503-291-9111 for more information. You can also call the provider directly.
