Land Use & Transportation

We build and maintain a great transportation system and plan and protect uses of the land. Land Use & Transportation employees work in coordination with our agency and government partners to provide transportation, planning, permitting and road maintenance services.

Building, Development Review fees increasing July 1

Most Building Services and Development Review/Current Planning fees will increase 8.5% effective July 1. These sections are entirely fee supported and annual fee increases are needed to continue to meet constituent/customer service and financial objectives.

Services

Most of our services are available remotely - online, by phone or via U.S. Mail - 24 hours/day, seven days a week.

In-person Services: Appointments recommended at the Public Services Building; appointments required at the Walnut Street Center. See Office Locations and Business Hours.
