The Washington County K9 Trials competition is a free family event where law enforcement K9 teams compete for first place!
In partnership with the Washington County Sheriff's Office and the Sheriff's Office Foundation, this event provides a great opportunity for the public to connect with local public safety agencies and learn about the talented K9 units protecting our communities.
The overall first place designation is awarded based upon a point system for each event.
Competition events include:
- Area Search
- Agility Course
- Suspect Apprehension
- Handler Protection
- Fastest Dog
In addition to the entertaining K9 competitions, spectators also get to enjoy a community and vendor fair, and a meet-and-greet with the K9s after the competition.
