Deputies arrested one man for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) after injuring one person following a crash in Aloha. A second person was also arrested for DUII after he drove through the crash scene.

An alert Tualatin Hills Parks & Recreation District employee located the iPads that were stolen when three classroom portables were burglarized at Westview High School, resulting in the theft of over $15,000 from 39 iPads and two projectors.

Deputies responded to a burglary of a home under construction in Bethany. The suspects were captured in a stolen car with apparent stolen property.

Detectives arrested Zachery Wayne Summers on charges of burglary in the first degree, unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, and assault in the fourth degree, after he broke into a Cooper Mountain home and fought with the homeowner the previous day.

Deputies were dispatched to SW 185th Avenue and SW Farmington Road in Aloha after a teenage girl reported that two men in a white work van followed her as she walked home from the Albertsons store.

Deputies need the public’s help in recovering a Portland Timbers championship ring that was stolen from a home in Bethany sometime within the past two months.

During the investigation that followed last week’s shooting in Bethany, WCSO detectives assigned to the Violent Crimes Unit identified 17-year-old Jeffrey D. Terrell of Springfield as the suspect.
