Man Arrested for Shooting in North Plains

On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 7:54 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to reports of shots being fired from a vehicle into another vehicle near the 15500 block of NW Dairy Creek Road.

On Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 7:54 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to reports of shots being fired from a vehicle into another vehicle near the 15500 block of NW Dairy Creek Road.

The caller witnessed multiple shots being fired at a parked Chevy Suburban from a black 2007 Chevy Silverado before calling 911.

Deputies located the Silverado and shooter, 57-year-old Randall Cuillier of North Plains, in the area and took him into custody without incident. Deputies discovered Cuillier shot at parked cars and an outbuilding. Fortunately, nobody was injured by the gunfire.

Cuillier was lodged in the Washington County Jail for the following:

  • Unlawful use of a weapon – four counts
  • Recklessly endangering another person – four counts
  • Criminal mischief in the first-degree
