Are businesses or organizations that use a shared kitchen or operate a food truck required to participate?
Are campers allowed to return to the site after a cleanup is complete?
Campers will be prevented from returning after the cleanup, as our ultimate goal is to assist as many people as possible to obtain supportive services and stable housing to break the cycle of homelessness.
Are commercial properties eligible?
No.
Are extended stays in hotels eligible?
All units covered by ORS Chapter 90 are eligible, including tenancies in hotels that don't meet the "transient occupancy" exception. See ORS 90.100 (49) for "transient occupancy" definition.
Are houseboats, manufactured home lot rents, manufactured homes and other types of housing eligible?
Yes, the only requirement is that the home is located in Oregon, and that there is a rental agreement (which can be oral or written). Houseboats and manufactured homes are eligible if they are stand-alone or if they are in a marina or a manufactured home park.
