A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 740 reflects proposed modifications to the county's Rural and Urban Reserves map. These amendments are in response to the Land Conservation and Development Commission's oral remand of the county's original Reserves ordinance (Ordinance No. 733) effective on July 15, 2010.

A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 609 proposes to amend the Washington County Comprehensive Plan to fulfill state law requirements for adoption of an airport planning program for Washington County. Nine airport facilities in Washington County are subject to airport planning requirements.

A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 611 proposes to make specific changes and corrections to maps and text in Washington County 2020 Transportation Plan. The 2020 Transportation Plan was the product of a comprehensive two-year plan review and update process. Ordinance 611 is intended to refine the plan by correcting errors and oversights and resolving inconsistencies in the plan.
A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 612 proposes to amend the the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area and the Community Development Code to require unincorporated vacant or underdeveloped properties not currently located within the service area of a special service district that provides park and recreation services to annex to the district at the time of development in order to provide new development with park and recreation services.
A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 626 proposes to amend the Transportation Plan to define the general location of a new alignment for Saltzman Road just south of Laidlaw by amending the Functional Classification System and Lane Numbers maps.
Ordinance No. 662 amends several sections of the Washington County Comprehensive Framework Plan in order to support and encourage habitat friendly / low-impact development in unincorporated Washington County.

A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 666 proposes to amend Policy 15 of the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area relating to the possible incorporation of the new city of Bull Mountain.
A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 668 amends the Washington County - Sherwood Urban Planning Area Agreement originally adopted in 1988. The urban planning area boundary is amended to include lands that were added to the Regional Urban Growth Boundary in 2002.
A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 670 proposes to amend the Community Development Code to streamline and clarify provisions concerning uses and exemptions from permit requirements relating to grading and drainage.

A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 717 proposes to revise the planned street and off-street pathway configurations in the Elmonica Station Area of the Sunset West Community Plan and applicable maps in the 2020 Transportation Plan.
A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 720 proposes to amend CDC Section 610 to expand the types of property line adjustments permitted in the rural area and comply with House Bill 3629, adopted by the 2008 Special Legislature.
