The Transportation System Plan (TSP) includes policies and strategies to meeting the needs of all travelers. It reflects the goals of the community and includes population and employment projections through 2040.

Transportation Planning

We oversee our 20-year transportation plan, conduct travel forecasting, oversee the countywide Transportation Development Tax and bicycle/pedestrian planning. We work with Metro, TriMet and Oregon Department of Transportation on regional transportation.
