On November 28, 2016, Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the Courthouse Complex had to contend with a large macaw located in a tree. It was determined that the bird belonged to Craig Buckner (top inset photo) who was at the courthouse for a court appearance.

Washington County Sheriff’s detectives have been looking for Ms. Hooper over the last two days. At this point they have good reason to believe that she has gone missing on her own volition. Ms. Hooper is an adult and has the right not to contact the police or her family until she chooses to. For these reasons we are suspending the investigation into her whereabouts at this time.

Sheriff’s Deputies are still seeking assistance in locating a missing Aloha man. Dane Davis has not been seen since October 17, 2016 and efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful. To date there have been no reported sightings of Mr. Davis.

A Cedar Hills man crashed his car into a house in the community of Bethany. No one was hurt in the incident, but the man was arrested for DUII and other charges.
