Washington County Deputies serving the City of Cornelius responded to an armed robbery and two suspects were taken into custody.

May 7, 2016 – Friday night, Washington County Deputies arrested a man for DUII after he crashed into a parked car. 

Early this morning, Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the scene of a roll-over crash on NW West Union Road near NW 203rd Place.  The passenger was pinned under the car and the driver had minor injuries.  Both were hospitalized, deputies are still investigating the crash.

Today, The Washington County Sheriff’s Office was selected by the Oregon DUII Multi-Disciplinary Training Task Force as the County Agency-of-the-Year for 2015 for DUII enforcement.

A single vehicle crashed on Highway 26 with two occupants. The SUV caught fire and numerous good Samaritans stopped to help pull the people and a dog from the vehicle.

Left turns from NW Oak Hills Drive onto NW Perimeter Drive, in the community of Oak Hills, are prohibited from 7:15-8:15 a.m. and 2:15-3:15 p.m. when Oak Hills Elementary School is in session.

Washington County Deputies serving the<br />City of Cornelius responded to a reported fight on South Beech Street. Deputies investigating the fight learn a knife was used and the suspect fled the scene. The suspect was located by deputies and arrested.

Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a crash where a vehicle left the roadway and collided with a power pole. The driver did not survive his injuries.
