On Saturday, November 30, 2019, at 6:14 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a disturbance in the 17600 block of SW Declaration Way in Aloha. Several people attending a party at the location reported that a woman armed herself with a handgun and robbed them of their cell phones.

On Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 5 p.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a reported assault with a weapon call in the 15600 block of NW Athens Drive in Bethany. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit responded to the scene to lead the investigation.

On Thursday, November 28, 2019, at 11:35 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the report of a theft from vehicle in the 10300 block of SW Hollyridge Lane in the community of West Slope.

On Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 10:25 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to hit and run crash near the area of SW 198th Ave. and SW Kinnaman Road. Deputies found out a blue Toyota 4Runner, stolen out of Forest Grove earlier in the morning, had left the scene. Deputies responded to the area and saw the Toyota heading east on SW Farmington Road.

On Monday, November 11, 2019, Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a two-car crash on SW Roy Rogers Rd, near SW Elsner Rd. The crash happened at approximately 7:25 p.m. just north of the City of Sherwood in unincorporated Washington County.

On Thursday, November 7, 2019, at 2:10 p.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a serious crash on Highway 8 at NW 334th Avenue. When deputies arrived, they discovered a 2002 Ford F350 collided with a 2004 Ford F150. Both vehicles had significant damage.

On Monday, November 4, 2019, the State Medical Examiners Office performed an autopsy on the body found in Cedar Mill Creek. The male was identified as 41-year-old Brian Fredrick Simons. The State Medical Examiner says the manner of death is “accidental.”

On Saturday, November 2, 2019, just after 9 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to an assault call after a 66-year-old man showed up at an area hospital with injuries from a stabbing and an assault.

On Friday, November 1, 2019, Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies serving the City of North Plains responded to a call involving suspicious Halloween candy. The call came from a concerned mother in the 10100 block of NW Curtis Street. The mother told deputies she discovered a pill inside her daughter’s Halloween candy. The pill resembled a chewable Advil tablet packaged inside a roll of SweeTarts

On Thursday, October 24, 2019, detectives with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office conducted a sting to catch Ronald Bocca, 57 of Otis. Mr. Bocca misled and elderly female by defrauding her of several hundred dollars worth of gold jewelry.

<br />On Monday, October 21, 2019, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office was notified by concerned family members that 40-year-old Erin McClintock had not shown up for work in Hillsboro. She was last seen in the area of SW 185th Avenue and SW Kinnaman Road in Aloha just after 7:15 a.m. when she dropped her children off at school that morning.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, October 22, 2019, Washington County Sheriff’s detectives were notified that Josiah Rosales, 29 of Aloha, cut off his court-ordered ankle monitor.

On Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at 7:20 p.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office Westside Interagency Narcotics (WIN) investigators executed a search warrant in the 700 block of SE 10th Avenue, in Hillsboro. At approximately 8:25 pm, investigators served a second search warrant in the 12000 block of SW Allen Blvd, in Beaverton. Both search warrants were the result of a single investigation.

Mr. Davis was last seen on October 18, 2016, outside his residence in the 21500 block of SW Jay Street in Aloha. He is approximately 5’6” tall and weighs about 180 lbs. He has a small scar on the right side of his head and another small scar on his right knee.

On Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at approximately 12:42 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a suspicious circumstances call in the parking lot of the QFC grocery store located at 7525 SW Barnes Road.  A caller to 9-1-1 reported seeing two men climbing on top of a black Toyota Corolla with a crowbar and wooden plank trying to open the door.

On Thursday, October 10, 2019, at approximately 3:20 p.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of an Amazon package theft in the 16600 block of SW Blanton Street in the community of Aloha. 

On Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at approximately 3:57 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a hit and run crash near the intersection of SW Farmington Road and SW 185th Avenue in the Aloha area.

On September 19, 2019, a Washington County grand jury indicted Benito Juarez-Hernandez for six crimes related to two additional victims. The new charges are four counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and two counts of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct. His Washington County bail is set at $4.25 million.

On Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at approximately 9:31 p.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash along NW Jackson School Road near the City of North Plains.

On Monday, September 23, 2019, at approximately 1:11 p.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a 9-1-1 call where a woman called to report she had shot her husband. Sheriff’s deputies quickly arrived at the 20-acre farm property in the 16800 block of NW Germantown Road. This is in the Bethany area of unincorporated Washington County.
