Detectives need the public's help to locate Julio Aguilar-Garcia, 33, of Beaverton, the suspect in a stabbing that occurred in the community of West Slope on August 22.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help identifying the suspect of a sexual assault that occurred last month in the Garden Home community. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office.

During enhanced patrols in the month of July, deputies arrested 76 individuals for impaired driving. That equates to an average of over two DUII arrests each day. Eleven of those arrested involved drug-related impairment.

A couple was arrested after a standoff at a home outside of Sherwood. An armed man confronted deputies who were trying to arrest his wife for driving under the influence of intoxicants. The Tactical Negotiations Team and Crisis Negotiations Unit responded to assist. He and his wife were later arrested on multiple charges.
