The Developmental Disabilities Service Center East office located at 3700 SW Murray Blvd, Suite 2100 in Beaverton has permanently transitioned to "appointment only." The lobby is closed to walk-in traffic. You may still use our outdoor dropbox for submitting paperwork.
Our Hillsboro location at 5240 NE Elam Young Parkway, Suite 150, is open to the public Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Service Center East DD Lobby is Closed to Walk-In Traffic
The Developmental Disabilities (DD) Service Center East location has transitioned to "Appointment Only". The lobby is permanently closed to Walk-In Traffic. If you are arriving for a scheduled appointment, please contact your service coordinator directly or call the Main Line at 503-846-3150(Link opens phone app) to be greeted and directed to your meeting room.
Paperwork Drop Box
The public may deliver important paperwork by placing it into the secure drop boxes outside our offices located at:

- 3700 SW Murray Blvd, Suite 2100, Beaverton, OR 97005
Paperwork can be dropped off 24-hours a day. The contents are collected each weekday.
Some examples of documents that can be placed in the Developmental Disabilities and Behavioral Health drop box include:
- PSW timesheets
- Developmental Disabilities intake applications
- Signed “Release of Information” forms
- Records for determining eligibility
