Information on submitting a complaint regarding the DD Division or I/DD services.

Office Closure and Changes

The Developmental Disabilities Service Center East office located at 3700 SW Murray Blvd, Suite 2100 in Beaverton has permanently transitioned to "appointment only." The lobby is closed to walk-in traffic. You may still use our outdoor dropbox for submitting paperwork.

Our Hillsboro location at 5240 NE Elam Young Parkway, Suite 150 is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

We are always striving to improve our services. We want to know if you have a concern or complaint about your services or our program. If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to inform your services coordinator.

A supervisor will review your complaint and contact you to discuss how it can be resolved.
