Infection Prevention and Access to Care

Infection Prevention and Access to Care (IPAC) supports access to clinical preventive services, community infection prevention and case management in a culturally and linguistically responsive way.

How we help

IPAC supports access to the following in a way that's both culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate:

  • Clinical preventive services, such as childhood immunizations, screenings and health counseling.
  • Community infection prevention, like HIV/STI tests.
  • Case management, such as coordinating care for tuberculosis (TB).

IPAC aims on building and maintaining trusted partnerships with people and partners from historically marginalized communities that may have co-occurring diagnoses. These include, but aren't limited to, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and trans, queer and questioning, intersex, asexual or agender, and two-spirit (LGBTQIA2s+); black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC); people experiencing housing insecurity; and people experiencing substance use disorders (SUD).
