UPDATE - Man Arrested in Cornelius Head-On Crash

Today, a Washington County Grand Jury indicted Adam Buchalski for Second Degree Manslaughter, Reckless Driving and Forth Degree Assault. The assault charge is regarding the injuries to his passenger. Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mr. Buchalski at his Cornelius residence without incident at 12:16 p.m. He was lodged in the Washington County Jail held on $250,000 bail.

Deputies Arrest Man After Rollover DUII Crash

A Forest Grove Police Officer attempted to stop a reported reckless driver that refused to yield to him.  Concerns for public safety resulted in the officer terminating the pursuit.  The man ultimately crashed and was arrested for DUII by Sheriff’s Deputies.

Man Dies in Crash After Passing in No-Passing Zone

Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an early morning crash where a vehicle left the roadway and rolled after passing another vehicle.  The vehicle was occupied only by the driver who did not survive his injuries.  There were no other injuries in this crash.
