The Washington County Sheriff’s Office learned of possible criminal conduct concerning Brett Robinson, a civilian Jail Services Technician (JST) employed by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office since January of 2013.  It was alleged that Ms. Robinson had engaged in criminal activity related to her official duties while working in the Washington County Jail.

On Saturday, August 16, 2014 at about 9:32 pm, Sheriff’s deputies responded to 4200 SW 107th, Beaverton, in unincorporated Washington County. A car had crashed into an apartment building.

August 15, 2014—Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man on allegations of breaking into several cars and stealing property.  He was tracked down and arrested.

Washington County Sheriff’s Property Crime Detectives are searching for<br />a stolen 1931 Ford Model A. Detectives are searching for the car and the people<br />responsible for stealing it.

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the North Plains<br />Gliderport on a report of a plane crash. The pilot was the only occupant in the plane. He sustained minor injuries and was able to walk away from the crash.

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies are searching for a runaway juvenile that is engaging in dangerous activities.

Early Saturday morning, Hillsboro Police located Harvey Cross at a friend’s house.  He was in good health and was returned to the custody of his parents.<br /><br /><br />Sheriff’s Deputies are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 16 year-old boy.  Deputies believe he may be in danger due to evidence located at his home indicating he was having thoughts of self harm.

Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man for DUII and other charges after a<br />homeowner fired a handgun in close proximity to keep him from fleeing after a crash.

On August 7, 2014 at about 12:43 p.m., Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the US Bank located at 18485 SW Farmington Road in the community of Aloha, concerning a robbery. Multiple Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the area to search for the suspect.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office’s Citizen Academy is getting underway and looking for volunteers. The Citizen Academy is part of the Sheriff’s Office effort to promote and preserve a safe community for all citizens.
