We are improving the intersection to keep up with the types of travelers using these roads. The project will improve safety for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers.
This project includes:
- Adding dedicated turn lanes from southbound 25th Avenue onto Cornell Road
- Adding bicycle lanes
- Updating street lights and traffic signals

Update
3/21/2024: Expect intermittent lane closures 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays on Cornell Road and 25th Avenue within 1500 feet of the intersection.
Expect delays.
We will close 25th Avenue northbound for 12 days of construction, tentatively scheduled for late May.
