Visit the Tualatin-Sherwood – Roy Rogers Road/Highway 99W Crossing online construction kickoff through Aug. 15 to learn about the project and traffic impacts.

Construction is expected to start Aug. 16 and to end by September 2024.

This project includes installation of a 66-inch diameter section of the Willamette Water Supply Program drinking water transmission pipeline. This partnership reduces cost and traffic impacts.

Construction will be done in four phases; Tualatin-Sherwood and Roy Roger roads and Highway 99W will remain open.

The $40.6 million project is funded through the County’s Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP) and Willamette Water Supply System reimbursements.
