Comment on design alternatives for the Roy Rogers Road Project in an online open house through May 24.

Roy Rogers Road will be widened, between Chicken Creek and Borchers Drive, to five lanes. Improvements include:

  • Five lanes (Two lanes in each direction and a center turn lane)
  • Bike lanes
  • Sidewalks
  • Storm drainage
  • Street lighting
  • Soundwalls

The estimated $14 million project is funded through the County’s Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP). Construction is expected to begin in summer 2021 and continue through the summer 2023.

This project is being coordinated with the Willamette Water Supply System to install a 66-inch water line in conjunction with road improvements.
