After permits have been set up in our system by County staff, fees can be paid online using the Public Permitting and Services Portal.

Building, Development Review fees increasing July 1

Most Building Services and Development Review/Current Planning fees will increase 8.5% effective July 1. These sections are entirely fee supported and annual fee increases are needed to continue to meet constituent/customer service and financial objectives.

First-time users will need to first complete the one-time account registration process. Watch the How-to-Register video.

Payments can be made with VISA, MasterCard or Discover or electronic check. All credit card convenience fees will be paid by the customer.
