Washington County buildings will open at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, January 19 and remain open during regular business hours. Washington County Circuit Court will open at 8 a.m. as well.

Due to continued icy weather and some freezing rain forecasted throughout the day, most county facilities will be closed on Thursday.

Washington County has activated all four of the snow zones.

The declaration will help the county coordinate with partner agencies and pursue additional resources for responding to the recent snow and ice storms.

Most Washington County buildings will be closed on Wednesday, January 17 due to hazardous, icy conditions.

An additional emergency overnight shelter at the Wingspan Event and Conference Center has activated for those who continue to face power outages.

Due to icy travel conditions, most Washington County buildings will be closed on Tuesday, January 16.

With temperatures dropping below freezing this afternoon and the potential for icy road conditions, most Washington County buildings will close early today at 3 p.m.

UPDATE 1/14/2024 at 9 am: Washington County continues to provide no-turn-away shelter capacity to anyone in need. Individuals should call 503-846-4722 or present in person at the Hillsboro Salvation Army or Beaverton Community Center location.
