The Washington County Budget Committee received the proposed budget today for next fiscal year.

The public is invited to celebrate the culmination of the OR National Guard training exercise at the Washington County Fair Complex which resulted in many improvements to the site. An equipment exhibition and dedication ceremony will be held Wednesday, May 15, beginning at 4:00 p.m.

The Oregon National Guard IRT program will provide labor and equipment to repair and improve numerous areas around the Fair Complex starting Monday, May 6, 2013.

The public is invited to attend some upcoming, local events designed to raise awareness about child abuse in our community and learn ways to protect children.

Washington County and the family of Lukus Glenn announced today that they have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in the case of Glenn v. Washington County, U.S. District Court No. 3:08-CV-950-MO.
