Washington County and lawyers representing a Eugene woman who was the victim of rape and assault in 2014 announced today that they have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in the woman’s lawsuit against the county.

Roads will remain open during repair of the railroad crossing, but traffic on Tualatin-Sherwood Road will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Expect delays or use alternate routes during this overnight work.

Traffic across the 227th Avenue Bridge over Rock Creek, north of Quatama Road, is now restricted to one lane and a 13-ton weight limit is in effect.
