The failure of the aging culvert is threatening to impact the roadway and has impacted the nearby trail. The project will replace the culvert and restore the trail. It will also improve drainage and meet current Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife standards for fish passage.
We expect that Scoggins Valley Road will be closed at the project site during construction.
