SW 103rd Avenue, between SW Laurel and SW Kennedy streets, will be closed July 13-Aug. 9 to replace an undersized culvert in poor condition. The 36-inch culvert will be replaced by a 108-inch by 60-inch reinforced concrete box culvert. The new culvert is sized for the local hydrology and to provide passage for native migratory fish.
