The community plan provides high levels of service regarding parks, open space, and trails balanced with a variety of housing types and styles and providing local retail/commercial services. The plan focuses on the area's unique landscape features as well as blending with surrounding communities.

The hearings process schedule and additional information regarding planning for this community of distinction is available on the website: www.bethanyplan.org.
