Learn about the Rosa Road pedestrian improvement project during the online construction kickoff through June 28.
The project, funded by the Urban Road Maintenance District (URMD), will complete sidewalk gaps along SW Rosa Road to create a continuous ADA-accessible route from Farmington Road to 198th Avenue. The project will also upgrade existing ADA ramps at SW 185th Avenue and some of the existing stormwater pipes. A signed and marked pedestrian crossing will be installed on SW Rosa Road at SW 192nd Avenue.
Construction of this project is tentatively scheduled to begin late June, with completion expected by November. Intermittent lane closures, which may delay traffic, are expected.
