Timber Road will reopen two days earlyUPDATED: 08/11/2016
Replacement of a culvert on Timber Road will be completed two days ahead of schedule and the road reopened to all traffic by end of day Friday, Aug. 12.
Washington County thanks travelers for their patience during this inconvenient but necessary road closure.

Timber Road will be closed between Strassel Road and OR 6/Wilson River Highway from July 25 through August 14 to replace a culvert.
The culvert collapsed on Dec. 7 during heavy rains. Temporary repairs were completed Dec. 31.
The road will be closed to all travelers. Local traffic will have access up to, but not through, the work zone, which is south of Strassel Road, 2 miles north of OR 6/Wilson River Highway. For access north of the work zone, use Hwy 26. For access south of the work zone, use OR 6.
