Comment on bike lane and sidewalk options for the Springville Road project in an online open house through Oct. 24.

Springville Road improvements will include a center turn lane, bike lanes, sidewalks and streetlights. Improvements will extend from Portland Community College Rock Creek Campus to Joss Avenue. Construction expected to start in spring 2023 and finish in fall 2024.

The cost of the project is $10.5 million funded through the North Bethany County Service District for Roads.
