River Road closed through Dec. 27

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, December 13, 2017

River Road, between Farmington and Rosedale roads, will be closed through Dec. 27 for emergency culvert repairs.

A portion of the culvert collapsed and extensive repairs are required to allow for proper drainage. Crews will excavate the roadway to stabilize the embankments surrounding the culvert and replace the damaged section. A signed detour includes Rood Bridge, Farmington and Rosedale roads.
