Open house for Vanderschuere Road bridge replacement is April 11

The public is invited to learn about the Vanderschuere Road bridge replacement at an open house from 5-7 p.m. April 11 at Farmington View Elementary School, 8300 SW Hillsboro Highway.

The public is invited to learn about the Vanderschuere Road bridge replacement project at an open house from 5-7 p.m. April 11 at Farmington View Elementary School,8300 SW Hillsboro Highway.

Construction will require a four-month closure of Vanderschuere Road at the bridge, anticipated from July-October 2019. All traffic will be detoured to Midway, Laurel and McCormick Hill roads.

Project dates are estimates and subject to change.

The project is estimated at $1 million and is funded through the County's Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP 3e).
