An open house for three Tualatin-Sherwood/Roy Rogers Road projects is 5-7 p.m. Aug. 21 at the Sherwood Police Department Community Room, 20495 SW Borchers Road.
The project manager and design consultants will be available to answer questions. No formal presentation is planned; stop by any time during open house hours.
Roy Rogers/Tualatin-Sherwood Road will be widened, between Chicken Creek and Teton Avenue, in three sections:
- Phase 1: Tualatin-Sherwood Road Highway 99W crossing, between Borchers Drive and Langer Farms Parkway
- Phase 2: Roy Rogers Road, between Borchers Drive and Chicken Creek
- Phase 3: Tualatin-Sherwood Road, between Langer Farms Parkway and Teton Avenue
Work on the Tualatin-Sherwood Road Highway 99W Crossing in expected to begin in summer 2020. Construction on all three sections is expected to continue through December 2024.
The road projects are coordinated with Willamette Water Supply Program, which will install a water line during road construction.
Funding for these road improvement projects is funded through the County’s Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP).
