Washington County's Department of Land Use and Transportation invites the public to attend an Open House on Wednesday September 28 for the Bull Mountain/Roshak intersection improvement project. The public is invited to drop in any time between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to learn more about the proposed improvements. Project staff from Washington County will be available to answer questions and solicit feedback.

The project will improve safety and visibility at the Bull Mountain/Roshak intersection and accommodate increasing traffic volumes. Improvements include the addition of turn lanes, bike lanes and sidewalks along with upgrades to the storm water drainage system. The road improvements for this project are funded through county Traffic Impact Fees (TIF). Construction is scheduled to begin June 2012.
