Washington County's Department of Land Use & Transportation invites the public to an Open House on Wednesday, November 13 for the Jackson School Road-Meek Road-Scotch Church Road intersection improvement project. The event will be held at Evergreen Middle School, 29850 NW Evergreen Road. The public is welcome to drop by anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. to learn more about the proposed alternatives for the project design and to provide comments for the project team. No formal presentation is planned. Project staff will be available to answer questions.
This project will align Meek Road and Scotch Church Road so they intersect Jackson School Road at the same location, greatly reducing conflicts to all travelers in the project vicinity. Construction is anticipated to begin spring 2015.
This project is funded through the County’s Road Capital Program.
