Washington County's Department of Land Use and Transportation invites the public to attend a July 25 "Meet the Contractor” Open House for the upcoming Bull Mountain Road/Roshak Road intersection improvement project. The event will be held at Christ the King Church, 11305 SW Bull Mountain Road, Tigard. The public is invited to drop in anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. to meet the contractor, C&M Excavation and Utilities. Project staff from Washington County will also be available to answer questions and discuss the anticipated construction schedule.
This project will make much-needed safety and traffic capacity improvements at the Bull Mountain-Roshak Road intersection. Sight distance and traffic control will be upgraded and bicycle lanes and sidewalks will be added within the project area. Construction is anticipated to begin in late July or early August, with completion by the end of October 2012.
This project is funded with Traffic Impact Fees (TIF) collected from previous development in the county.
