Washington County’s Department of Land Use and Transportation plans to place the final layer of pavement on Glencoe Road at the McKay Creek bridge between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday August 29 and Thursday August 30, 2012. The project site is located between Wren Road and Evergreen Road.
Motorists are advised to anticipate delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes. A single lane of traffic will generally remain open on Glencoe Road during paving; however, delays of up to 20 minutes may be experienced.
This work is weather dependent and conditions must be appropriate for paving to occur. The public’s patience is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this bridge replacement project.
