Final Paving at Brookwood Ave Roundabout @ SW Alexander - Expect Delays

This project started at the Brookwood/Witch Hazel intersection and continued south through the Alexander intersection and ended near Lone Oak. A roundabout was built at the intersection of Brookwood at Alexander for the City of Hillsboro using city TIF funding. The city required the roundabout be constructed as a condition of development of Centex Properties east and south of the intersection. The total cost of the project was $3.5 million.
