Contractors for Washington County’s Department of Land Use and Transportation will be paving NW 185th Avenue between West Union Road and Westview High School starting Wednesday, February 1. This work is weather dependent and conditions must be appropriate for paving to occur.

Daytime paving is scheduled to occur Wednesday February 1 through Friday February 3, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. One lane of traffic in each direction will remain open on 185th Avenue during paving. Portions of this work will require the signal at the intersection of 185th Avenue and West Union Road to be shut down. Delays of up to 20 minutes may be experienced at the intersection of 185th Avenue and West Union Road. Motorists are advised to anticipate significant delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid the work area.
