Washington County's Department of Land Use & Transportation invites the public to attend an open house on Thursday, December 11 to learn more about two upcoming road improvement projects north of Forest Grove:

The event will be held at the Forest Grove Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, Forest Grove. The public is invited to drop in anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. to learn more about these projects. Staff will be available to answer questions and solicit comments.

A roundabout is also being proposed at the OR 47 intersection with Verboort and Purdin Roads. Both projects will include bicycle and pedestrian facilities, street lighting, storm drainage improvements and utility upgrades.
Construction for both projects is anticipated to begin in Fall 2015.
